Celebrate Recovery at Casa Palmera Rehabilitation Center

Casa Palmera Treatment Center, a holistic-based residential behavioral health treatment facility, is opening its doors to the public to welcome alumni, family and friends to celebrate continuing recovery and living in good health.

During Casa Palmera?s first annual Alumni Renewal Day Celebration on September 22nd, former patients will share their personal stories of recovery from alcoholism, substance abuse, eating disorders, and trauma. ?It?s a powerful experience,? said Barbara Woods, CEO of Casa Palmera.

?We are continuing to make every effort to connect with our alumni,? Woods said. ?It helps keep people connected and strengthens their recovery.?

The event will also feature an awards ceremony and recovery countdown as well as food, raffles and fun activities for children. The open house is open to the public and will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 22, at Casa Palmera, 14750 El Camino Real in Del Mar, Calif. Casa Palmera?s Alumni Renewal Day Celebration is the perfect opportunity to commemorate National Recovery Month taking place in September.
