Today we're initiating a call for nominations for a number of new Best of Toronto categories. From Greek restaurants to outdoor sports fields to calzones there are plenty of different categories in which to nominate a favourite or two. The nomination period starts now and runs until 11:59pm this Sunday August 14th. Then, next week, we'll open each category for voting.
Here are the categories:
- Best Greek restaurants
- Best AYCE sushi
- Best jukeboxes
- Best caterers
- Best pool/billiard halls
- Best special event venues
- Best print shops/printers
- Best Korean BBQ
- Best places to study for exams
- Best playgrounds
- Best high-end mani/pedi
- Best calzones
- Best Jamaican patties
To nominate your favourite(s) in one or more of the above categories, simply place a comment below or email us your nominations to bestof [at] blogto [dotcom]. Note: once you see some thing/place nominated below, there's no need to nominate it again. All we need is one nomination per nominee in order for us to consider it for the voting round.
The nomination period ends this Sunday August 14th, 2011.
